ADVICE for would be travellers coming to Singapore:-
1. Do not speak to strangers when they tried to speak to you.

2. Do not try to be a good samaritan to help any one whether they're young or old.

3. Do not try to help to carry anything luggauges or packages for any person young or old, visually impaired, wheel-bound or be they in any kind of physical condition.

4. Do not be disattracted by any one or any kind of untoward situations.

5. Do not obey anyone for any kind of help or distress. Unless they're in Police uniform or ask for their Warrant Cards or Identification Badges. Anybody can say they're Police or Law Officers. And that could be in disguise too. So beware.

6. Do not leave your bagges, lugguages out of your sight. Always check to see if it is the same lugguage you have. It may be an identical lugguage as yours and it is not yours but you may be carrying someone else luaggaues. Always open the bags to check the content to see if it contain any contrabands. Check the inner walls and the bottom of the bag. There may be a false bvottom or alteration done to the side walls to conceal drugs or weapons.

7. Advise your family members to do like wise. Especially childrens or teenagers and even adolescents. If you're with friends, tell your friends about these advice. Always stays closely among your family members or friends. A word of advice to them won't kil them but the hanging will.

8. Always count how many luaguages you have with you. It shouldn't be more than when you started off.

9. When you're in a hotel in different country before coming to Singapore, always ensures no one enters your hotel room when you're not in. If someone is with you in the room always remain there with them while taklking or doing something. If you've finished what you're discussing, please ask them to leave the room with a pretext or tell them bluntly. Do not leave them out of your sight or leave them all alone in your room. And do not ask them to stay overnight in your room. They may take this chance to place something into your lugguages without your knowledge.

10. Trust no one and be suspicious of every one. Only trust your mom. You can see their appearance but you can't see their heart. But you can't see their motive in their mind. You don't know what they're planning in their mind. They may be kind and honest people trying to start a conversation or they could be crooks trying to trap you into a situation you can't get out. So be careful. We're now living in a fast moving world. People just want use people to do their dirty work for them. These people don't believe in goodwill, honesty, caring, sympathy, kindness, etc any more. So take care.

11. Everything strangers do to you is a rouse to entrap you. So becareful.

12. Do not help your friend, or someone you just come to know or knows for sometime now someone, from your country to bring something to Singapore. It may be drugs or guns. No need to check the lugguage or package. Just think
everything they gave contains 'DRUGS!". That's it. Just don't do it. Just say "NO". Thats it! They want to friend you they will friend you otherwise good riddance to bad rubbish! Don't friend also never mind. These type of friends who is trying to kill you from behind, you also don't need them to be your
friends. Its better you know now then when you're sitting in the cell waiting to be hang! Then its too late for regrets! They said "DRUGS KILLS!". It does. Believe me, it really does.

This list may be incomplete. There may be more advice but right now I can't think of more.

Note: The crooks may be reading this advice too. So be aware of alternative pre-cautions measures to countermand their actions with regards to these know advice.

THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ADVIVE IS NOT A FIX RULE. IT MAY OR MAY NOT BE FLEXIBLE. AT THE END OF THE DAY, USE YOUR BRAIN. WITHIN THAT BRAIN, THERE IS SOMETHING PEOPLE CALLED A MIND. AH, USE THAT MIND OF YOURS TO THINK FOR YOUR SELF WHAT TO DO OR WHAT NOT TO DO, WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG, WHETHER IT'S SAFE OR DANGEROUS, SHOULD YOU DO IT OR NOT, WILL YOU HELP OR NOT, SHOULD YOU SPEAK OR NOT, SHOULD YOU BE POLITE OR NOT, ETC. AFTER ALL, ITS YOU WHO WILL HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CAPITAL CHARGE AND NOT THE OTHER PARTY WHEN YOU'RE CAUGHT WITH THE CONTRABAND, DRUGS OR ANY FORM OF WEAPONS. ITS YOUR LIFE. SO THINK CAREFULLY WHAT YOU DO. VERY CAREFULLY. IN THE END, NO ONE CAN HELP BUT YOU YOURSELF. TRAVELLING IS AN ENJOYABLE AND EXCITING PAST TIME BUT IT CAN ALSO BE DANGEROUS TOO. ONCE CAUGHT AND YOU'RE A GONER. SO BE WARNED IF YOU'RE HEADING FOR SINGAPORE. THIS IS NOT PLAY-PLAY. THERE'RE LIVES INVOLVED HERE. ITY'S A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH! SO TRAVEL SAFE AND ENJOY YOUR STAY WHILE IN SINGAPORE.

Don't say I didn't warn you now. Cheerio!
