Dear @FernsNPetals,
I placed an order (order no. 2931615) with you guys on 19th July, which was supposed to get delivered on 25th July.
On 24th I called you guys to know the status, you informed me that it will get delivered by 25th.
On 25th I again followed up, you informed me that courier products can take 1 day extra.
On 26th you said that the address is not in coverage (the remark was of 24th July - by the courier service provider), you asked for an alternate address which was provided to you guys on the same call (I called you guys).
On 27th you guys said that you are unable to contact the courier service provider and told me that you have sent it with @BlueDartTweets while it was sent via #ecomexpress (I called you guys).
On 28th you guys assured me that the product will be delivered by the next day (I called you guys).
On 29th you guys offered me 20% discount on my next order, and you apologised for the nondelivery (you also said that the new address is again a non-deliverable area, and I asked you to search on google maps where you confirmed that you have found the place) and assured me that it will be delivered on 30th July (I called you guys).
On 30th you guys said that you will send additional 10 roses as the product was delayed and promised me that it will be delivered before 9 pm (I called you guys).
On 31st (today), you guys told me that the product will be delivered by 12:30, when I called you at 12:30 you said that the new address is not correct and the contact person is not receiving the call, I kept your call on hold and took the other person on conference call (surprisingly my call got connected... Wow, it's magic). You guys told me that you will deliver the product in next 1 hour and again, as usual, you were unable to do so.

Why do you accept the pin code, if you are not able to deliver on that particular address? Why do you give misleading information? Why you don't take the responsibility? Just by saying sorry all the time does not change the professional ethics in which I found you guys, very low. Guys, you ruined my gift.
