It is called BUSINESS ETIQUETTE!

I bring them in because the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT has said this is where we come with our Social Security matters!

We were told recently YOUR PERSONNEL AT THIS AUSTIN BRANCH OFFICE wished we wouldn't come in because they did not like dealing with elderly people.
and the young man behind the teller counter almost thrust a paper in my face concerning alternative locations.

WHEN WE COME INTO YOUR BANK, WE HAVE APPROPRIATE BUSINESS DECORUM.
We transact our business and we leave promptly.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE HOSTILITY TOWARDS ELDERLY WOMEN --IT IS INEXCUSABLE!

One of the ladies I assist is in a wheelchair and I use a cane myself at times.

Some of us are Latina and one of us is black.
I haven't seen any black people in this bank working here either.

AND are you aware the entrance to the bank is not in compliance with ADA requirements?
