Music from Russia,Mexico and Greece --songs from the soul from people who only had their voices.
And from nothing,they created beauty in music.
My favorite choir is from Russia and they sing many WW II Russian Army songs ---wow!
I was afraid I would get arrested if I watched their concert video on youtube.com
I was raised to hate Russians --they were going to nuke us ,etc & etc, I didn't even know any Russians but I thought the propaganda was bullsh*t . I was still afraid though.
Curiosity overcame fear and the music was beautiful & amazing!
Russians are a lot like Texans.
And the music I heard deeply touched my heart.
