Ethiopian Airline

@flyethiopian is the worst ever airline I have traveled so far in my 15+ years of international travel experience. I flew Business Class and see what I am currently experiencing through. I waited for more than 2 hours at the conveyor belt at Lagos airport after my arrival to discover that my "priority" tagged checked bag did not arrive. The ground staff has no clue about my bag. All my efforts in reaching customer care of Ethiopian airline has gone futile so far. Even after the second flight has arrived today nobody still knows where my bag is. I could see that there was a big queue yesterday of people not getting their bag. I could see the same thing today where at least 10 passengers did not receive their checked bags. It seems Ethiopian Airline has got a knack of mishandling and loosing passenger bags. The more worrisome thing is that economy class passengers are treated badly when they inquire about their bags. Since, I flew business class there was a staff member ready to listen to me and fill out the forms for me. But absolutely there is no accountability whatsoever. Each time they give you a new form to fill out. It seems the ground staff is also not getting proper response from their counterpart in Addis Ababa. I still wonder how this airline has been part of Star Alliance.
Is this the way you treat a business class passenger?
Stay away from Ethiopian Airline and NEVER fly this airline.
