A WW II Story about Wagner's " Siegfried's death and Funeral march" from "Götterdämmerung"
A Nazi radio station announced that Germany had lost the War and they put this music on the turntable. There was only an announcer left and he wasn't sure if it was even broadcasting but it was and as the Allied troops followed the signal,he must have shot himself then after he said 'Heil Hitler!" one last time.
They burst into the studio and turned off the turntable which, supposedly, was somehow rigged to blow the place up when the record had finished playing.
