Max's POV
I hadn't been to the beach in years! The last time must of been when Kayleigh was about 7. So I would have been 15. Damn! It has been a long time. "What you thinking about Max?" Siva asked.
"Oh, just the last time I went to beach with Kayleigh. She was only 7. Running in and out the sea like she was arrived it would bite her." I said smiling. I suddenly realised how much she'd changed and how little I seemed to know her now. It made me feel quite sad.
"You okay mate?" Tom asked. I looked at him and shook my head.
"I've just realised how little I know Kayleigh now. She's growing up fast and it's like i've been there to see it happen." I said sadly.
"Cheer up mate! You're gonna be spending the whole day at the beach together. I feel the same about Kristin. I think I need to have a good brother to sister chat with her." Tom said laughing. I laughed too. Tom certainly had a way about making me smile.
Tom's POV
When Max was talking about Kayleigh, I couldn't help but get a funny feeling in my stomach. It was a nice feeling, but a strange one. I couldn't explain why i had it. Kayleigh's a pretty girl and yeah i'm slightly attracted to her. Okay, i'm more than slightly attracted to her, god! What was I gonna be like at the beach. I'm gonna with her for a whole day! Just breathe Tom, breathe. You got this. I smiled as all the other lads started talking about times when they'd been at the beach with their sisters. I smiled as I remembered when I used to hold Kristin's hand as she paddled in the sea. I sighed. It would be someone else holding her hand soon. I took a sidewards glance towards Jay. I'd seen him looking at Kristin. I wasn't too sure if I wanted him near her in that way. But, I couldn't control everything in her life. No matter how hard I tried.
Siva's POV
I wasn't too sure if this was a good idea. I'd love to spend time with the lads and get to know everyone better. But because of what Mollie told me earlier, I felt as though the whole thing could be awkward. "You alright Siva? You look a little down?" Jay asked.
"Yeah, i'm alright mate. Just thinking about old times." I lied.
"Aww me too." He said laughing. I smiled. I then thought about going to the beach with Sienna when she was little. I felt my stomach knot as I realisedd how apart from Sienna i'd come. It was like we were strangers. Maybe today was a good idea after all. I could get to know my sister again, and have fun at the same time.
Nathan's POV
So we were going to the beach? Should be a laugh. I'll get me and Mollie those ice-creams we used to have when we were little. When we would run around the beach chasing the sea gulls, and then fall asleep on the sunbeds. Awh good times. I doubt it'll be like that this time though. We've both grown up so much. It'll still be fun. I hope one of them brings a beach ball. No matter how old you are, you always have to have a game of beach volly ball! I'm pretty good at it, if I do say so myself, although Mollie would disagree! "You guys wanna another drink? Those girls could take forever!" Siva asked. We all nodded and he got up and went to get the drinks. Max went with him to help bring them back. I swear one of those girls better bring a beach ball.
Jay's POV
Sun cream. Did I think to brong sun cream with me? No I didn't. Great. It's not over sunny today but you can rest assured that i'll get burnt. I'll text Kristin and ask her to pack some. Right... Hang on where's my phone?! "Shit!" I said.
"What's up?" Tom asked.
"I've lost my phone!" I said panicking.
"You twat! You haven't lost it. You gave it to Nath so you didn't lose it!" Tom said laughing. I felt myself go red with embarrassment as Nathan handed over my phone. I tried to ignore the laughs coming from Nathan and Tom and keyed a text to Kristin. `Hey sis, can you pack some suncream? I don't wanna get burnt haha :-P ~ Jay xx` I put my phone on the table where I could see it. Siva and Max came back with the drinks. "How much longer are they gonna be?!" Max whined as he sat down. We all laughed at him. Girls certainly know how to keep you waiting.
