It was rather suspect that the "MH370 part" washed up on an overseas territory of France. Look at the tides chart for that and it looks about a 1 in 1000 chance, if the MH370 went where they "think it went", which is most likely disinformation in the first place.
The other astonishing thing, is that the part is being sent to Toulouse, where the questionable German Wings reports came from. The fact that it is going there should raise suspicions. Likely planted, and then they use someone they know is already corrupt to do more falseness.
