Any opinions on this - The court said that to scrap the 2007 constitution it would have to go to referendum. What if the referendum asked the simple question. "Are you in favor of reinstitution the 1997 constitution as only Constitution of Thailand and making minor changes to sections that are problematic. yes/no".

I believe that question would pass by a landslide but would it be allowed?
