Hillary had a major head injury requiring her to wear special lenses which are used only for people with significant traumatic brain injury several years ago. Since then, she has had strange coughing fits, confusion/disorientation spells and last night, she had to lean very heavily on her VP Kaine when she walked off the stage. It looked like she leaned on him heavily and she is guided by someone almost at all times when walking.

Why is she lying about her medical situation and how much cognitive or physical impairment does she have, even transiently, from this?
