Bayelsa State governor Henry Seriake Dickson has cried out over the increase cases of oil theft in the Niger Delta region.

Seriake Dickson told a delegation of Nigeria Agip Oil Company to Bayelsa state that government will set up a security outfit to Mann oil installations across Bayelsa State.

The Bayelsa State governor said it is sad that multinational companies operating in Bayelsa do not have offices in the state.
