Derivery Issue- It is very serious and urgent issue.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a regular customer of Big Bazaar, but this time we received unexpected thing from Big Bazaar Metropolis Mall, Hiland Park, Kolkata.
We were forced by your sales man to buy Ultima Pureit on 29 March 2014. He suggested us to make full payment of it on the same day and as per our requirement we can take the delivery of product. Just to look at your brand 'Bigbazaar' without any hesitation we followed his instruction and did full payment. He also provided us Bigbazar Metropolis's contact no with contact person's Swapan(Electronic Department) name.
Our delivery was mentioned by July/August(2015). You can see in the attachment. But because of some unavoidable circumstances we couldn't take the delivery on that time. That time we went and meet personally Swapan at Bigbazar and he told us that there will not be any problem if we take delivery any time and keep cash memo printed so, future we can recognize this and thing we need to keep in mind that at the delivery time the product should be available or else we may need to change the model. We agreed with his words. We contacted them periodically through phone or by person to inform our delivery delay and they agreed with us on this. Now, when we are calling last one month for delivery Swapan from Bigbazar Metropolis he is avoiding us initially we didn't understand but after several attempt he informed us that we can't get the delivery of our product as Bigbazar doesn't have 2 years back data. This is not acceptable for us from such a brand like Big Bazaar.
We could have informed before regarding your rules so that we can cancel our order or took delivery. Now this logic is not acceptable. Either you give us back full amount or deliver us our product. Kindly don't cheat like that. Otherwise we have to take other action.
