Bush takes shots at Rubio over the immigration issue. Bush says that he has always supported a consensus-based approach to the issue. He notes that Rubio asked him to support his 2013 bill and he did, but then accuses Rubio of cutting and running.

Rubio is questioned on his support for an earned path to citizenship, which he had previously called "amnesty."

"This issue does need to be solved," responds Rubio, before saying he is going to keep ISIS out of America and secure borders and enforce immigration laws.

He says he enforce e-verify, build a fence and employ more border agents, but says he isn't going to deport 12 million people.

Speaking of Rubio, he comes out strong against environmental policies to fight climate change. He pledges that cap and trade will never be signed into law if he is elected president.
