"Cash for Clunkers" Program Part of Agenda 21?
THE IDEA OF AGENDA 21 IS TO BAN ALL VEHICLES SO IT MAKES IT HARD FOR THE PEONS TO RESIST OR FLEE MOP UP OPERATIONS.
THE WARSAW GHETTO OF THE NAZIS WAS A TRIAL RUN FOR AGENDA 21 "SMART CITIES". THERE WERE NO PRIVATELY OWNED VEHICLES IN THERE.
Very few people know that the CASH-FOR-CLUNKERS program was a highly organized plan to do away with usable parts. The engines of ALL of the cars accepted in that program had to be destroyed. This was too great a task to be carried out by the crusher so it was devised that a liquid called sodium silicate was poured into each engine where the oil goes in, while running, to completely destroy it and render it impossible to be used ever again no matter how much repair was attempted on it. This is so that there will be no spare engines to be used in the rebuilding after WW3. This was a deliberate compromise of the nations ability to recover from a disaster, just like destroying the nations strategic oil reserves, food reserves, off-shoring all manufacturing plants, etc. I'm sure countless more plans of this nature can be found. The architects of such plans are traitors and will have to be prosecuted as such when the time presents itself.
Too much time has passed for it to be about parts. I'd say the most likely reason was to get rid of large engined vehicles that could not be hijacked and would work great for bugging out and staging a legitimate resistance. Try doing that in a Toyota Corolla!
Get this: Cash for clunkers allowed the destruction of "clunkers" with model years through 2003. They called perfect large vehicles "clunkers" and destroyed them for no legitimate reason whatsoever. They wanted the cream of the crop. To qualify, all destroyed cars had to have the same owner, plus pass emissions and safety for the two years prior to being destroyed and be proven driven with registration and insurance records. They did not want real clunkers. That speaks volumes.
