Child laborers 'used to build new Wal-Mart and Hobby Lobby stores were hired by construction firm' tied to polygamous religion sect

Phaze Concrete, of Utah, is accused of using workers as young as 12 at some of its construction sites. The children did a number of dangerous tasks for long hours with little pay, the suit says.
