@airtelindia @airtel_presence Hey Guys, I am very disappointed with your service. I had put in a request for number portability which got rejected due to some crappy reason (of number being a corporate connection). I am a very happy customer of Airtel since last 12 years (7 years in bangalore and 5 years in NCR). However, the place I am shifting to in noida now (sector 119) has a very very feeble connection and 99% of the calls get dropped. In fact, I also had to disconnect my Airtel broadband since Airtel has no presence in that region. I just wish to port my number to the connection that works in that region. By Government laws, number portability is allowed and the operator has to provide this service. I need my phone to be working from Sunday i.e. when I shift to the new location. I have talked to your rude customer care person over phone but he does not care. Please respond to the query with immediate effect.
