Dear @UPS, your customer service is horrible. It makes NO SENSE to have a shipper in CA start a claim for package that YOUR DRIVER delivered to the wrong house in MA! Your representatives should give the customer the courtesy of calling the local delivery driver FIRST before making the customer contact the shipper to start a claim. It's completely backwards, especially when said customer has canvassed all her neighbors and no one has the package! Fed Ex all the way....they make it a POINT to contact the driver FIRST THING when there is a issue like this instead of dismissing it with the "You'll have to the shipper file a claim" routine.
