Many of you have been following us from the start and after nearly 3 months on Twitter we thought it was time to take a moment to thank all the people who have tweeted us.
Many of you may be familiar and have had experiences in the past with Vauxhall Customer Care over the telephone.
The Customer Care Team has been offering after sales help and support over the phone for almost 20 years!
What we - the Social Media Team - have set out to do, is develop and expand on this existing service because, times are changing and we want to be able to help and assist customers in a new, innovative way, and we're proud that we are the first European motor manufacturer to do so!
I personally like to think of a scenario where someone looks out of there window and thinks "My tyre's are looking a bit flat but I can't find my Owner’s Manual!!", picks up their Smartphone, logs onto Twitter and tweets "Hey Max! Do you know the tyre pressures for my Astra 57 1.4?" and within 15 minutes they're outdoors with their foot pump thinking "Now that was easy!"
We're here for all your Vauxhall Service needs no matter how big or small.
Every couple of weeks I'll be posting my VX Blog to say a big thank you to you all for tweeting us, giving you the latest FAQ and what's the latest.
We want to thank our regular Tweeters who have definitely helped in putting the word out that we are here to help!
