There's this "A-list male star," A-list, who apparently runs around and has sex with virtually anybody, and it was learned recently that he's HIV-positive. And everybody's trying to figure out who it is. "Who is this?" Because none of the people who know are naming the A-list male star, supposedly in his fifties, middle-age.
But nobody wants to name him, and this is making a lot of people nervous.
