I found applecure -

responsive, ( came when they said they would ),

effective, ( did what we asked them to do ),

proactive, ( suggested things that we hadn't thought of that they could do to make our macs perform better ),

good humoured, ( pretended they weren't amazed at our ignorance about our computers ),

and reasonably priced ( no explanation necessary )!
