IN Austin,TX the landlords f* with you to try to get "undesireable people" ( everybody BUT white rich yuppies) to move out so they can gouge the rent.I was paying $600p/mo then $650 NOW it is $3,00 a month after they refused to renew my lease and the place has NOT changed.
If I was a landlord,I would welcome steady income people like Social Security recipients and military retirees.
