ICONic Love
Ch.1
My name is Emily. It’s summer. I’m from Western New York. My mom died when I was 5. My dad got remarried 8 years later, and now I have to move to Englishtown, New Jersey. I have to leave all my friends and family. Great. My Life is over.
It was a 5 hour drive. When we got there it was about 2pm. I walked up the driveway, and into my new house. It was really nice. My new “mom” Tina, painted my new room just for me. I LOVED it. It was an aqua colored room with my own bathroom and closet. Tina and my Dad came up stairs and knocked on the door.
“Emily? Do you like your new room?”
“YES!”
Tina told me that we were going to her sister’s house for dinner in an hour and she had a set of twins. So I got ready. I wore a pink sun dress and black flip flops. My hair was scrunched and I had PINK perfume on.
When we got there Tina’s sister, Maria introduced me to her twins. Their names were Sarah & Jason. They both had some friends over too. Jason introduced me to his friends first, their names were Louis aka “DaPitbull”, Mikey aka “Spikey Mikey”, Nick aka Nicholicious, and Vincent but everyone called him Vinny. They were all gorgeous, especially Nick & Mikey. Then Sarah introduced me to her friends Nicole, Gabby, Brianna, and Brittany. They all were really pretty and nice.
We all ate dinner at Maria’s. Nick and Mikey sat next to me, I was in the best sandwich ever. Nick & Mikey kept looking at me..Is that a good thing? I asked both of them what grade they were going into. Nick said 9th and Mikey said 7th. I was going into 8th so I could go out with either of them, Yeaaah Buddy!
[Nick’s POV]
Emily was just my type.
“What do you do for fun Emily?”
“Well I dance, cheerlead, & I sing a little.”
“Cool I have been dancing for 3 years. How long have you danced?
“2 years. Where do you dance?”
“ICON Dance Complex.”
“You should come to our open dance class tomorrow!”
Mikey blurted.
“Yeah, I should come!”
“Here is an ICON shirt, so when you go there you can fit in.” *As Mikey throwing a shirt in her face*
“Thanks Mikey!”
Aw shit, I think Mikey likes her too. I will have to step up my game up so Emily doesn’t fall for him.
