In the original ending to the little mermaid, the prince didnt end up choosing the little mermaid to be his bride and lived happily ever after. He ended up marrying the King's daughter. After the ceremony, she looked at the prince sadly. Thinking that the person shestood by with, during that short amount of time, would choose her but didn't, left the little mermiad heart broken. She jumped into the sea, became thousands of bubbles, and disappeared. I couldn't help but feel that I'm the little mermaid in your fairytale. xD
