JEB was going to campaign in South Carolina today but cancelled his appearance due to safety concerns after the shooting at the church in Charleston!

I am wondering why the church had no security since it was downtown and why the state senator who was the pastor had no personal security detail.Also, what legislation had he been involved in passing?
Why THIS church above all others?
This sounds like a professional hit to me but WHY?
it serves to divide black and white and distract public attention from the TPP negotiations.

The state senator pastor was obviously the target and everyone else was collateral damage. Shooter must have been someone with no respect for a place of worship.
