people who arent prince fam just dont understand. He was like a family member,for almost 40 years for some people,he was always there, good times/bad times studio music,outakes, live concerts, he was always there to offer some Positivity, for me, I listen to live prince more then studio cds and when he & the band, people like Morris Hayes, etc hit that right jam, they will never be played in any other ciity,there is no better high in the world, people get high to escape,feel good, not feel alone - I dont smoke or drink but a Purplr high is all I need. When you have a person who ate right,full of energy, spitually and physcially always seemd the picture of health, this was a real shock,most people on the radio ytou wont hear about 5-10 years from now but to be with us for all those years, doing everything from pop,jazz,funk,rock, to being on Muppets tonight, and listening to after parties, where it seems like he is talking to us directly,there is no better "soundtrack to our lives" he was it He has now climbed "the ladder" , Prince , "I wish u Heaven" and thanks you so much for always being there. I hate that people when to talk about how he died, try to find something that points to drugs or whatever, lets talk about he lived not how he died,if any of us could touch the lives of 0.0000001% of the people he did, we would be lucky, I don't care your religions,race,beliefs or fav style of music , Prince gave something to Every1 and every1 should give thanks 2 him!! - just one persons thoughts, dont jump all over me if u dont agree
