John Kerry, absent from G7 talks, replaced by Tony Blinken and disgraced Petraeus scandal general John Allen. Blinken's , Victoria Nuland and Allen's links to Petraeus mean a tougher Obama stance on Iran and Ukraine. Kerry's bicycle fall was "very convenient" for certain parties.
