@JudgeCatyer ISIS hackers can make their hacks appear as if they came from any country in the world that has online access. And if a person can write a security code, another person can and will find a way to hack it. It is how these guys work. Ask the IT people ( computer professionals) in your office or in the house in DC to explain it to you. I don't want my congressman being non conversant with technology and hacker tricks!
