Just back from out in town and heard Strathclyde Police have arrested a 16-year-old male in Glasgow in connection with setting up a Facebook page which aimed to incite Glaswegians to riot.Calls were made for the Facebook page ‘Let’s start a riot in Glasgow’ to be closed by the social media site which was attempting to start a riot following similar riots across London, Birmingham and Bristol over the last 48-hours.The 16-year-old was apparently detained in the south side of the city.Strathclyde Police have said that at the time of writing there was ‘no intelligence’ to suggest that there was any trouble planned in the city.
