The arrogance of Amazon further exposed! @amazonhelp - is this "help"?

Just got a call from @amazon @amazonhelp Saying they’ll be recording the call. I formed him I’ll also be recording. He said he can’t proceed with the call then!

If whats good for the Goose isn’t good for the Gander, I said don’t call!!!

He calls me and asks me to verify my identity by giving him all me particulars! (Which I humbly did, as I wanted to give them another chance!) #Arrogance of #Amazon - is putting it mildly.
