Justice Adolphus Enebeli of another Port Harcourt high court has refused an application by the speaker of the River state house of assembly Otelemaba Dan Amachree to restrain the police from arresting him for investigation over his comment on alleged plot to assassinate governor Amaechi.

The court also vacated an earlier interim order restraining the Rivers State commissioner of police from inviting the speaker for investigation.

Justice Enebeli also dismissed a motion by the speaker seeking for leave of the court to serve the Inspector General of Police and the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Calabar.
