LETS HEAR IT FOR DRUGS AND ALCOHOL IN OUR HIGHSCHOOLS!!! id hate to see a day when people abide by any silly law that tells them what they can or can't put in THEIR BODY. Drinking ages are as stupid as a "candy-age" or "Television Ages" and are not to be followed (within reason, im not saying ther should be piss drunk 8 year olds walkin around). And as for pot... well thats everyones own choice... anyone who choses not to do it specifically because a police officer or law says so is pathetic and should wake up and grow an opinion. It is a matter of personal preference and nothing else.
