@Lenskart_com Your email dated 28/12/2015 confirmed that my order above - Order No #1204128748 - had been closed. But I find that it has NOT been closed! The cancel button can be accessed since it is covered by your msg to contact support!!! This I've done 2 times so far and recd confirmation that the order has been closed. Yet, thats not true! It still shows up online in my account.
