I received my 'sorry' magazine yesterday which I was gutted about!
But been reading about so many people getting in for multiple years on the bounce!
And many more with multiple years without even running once!
I work with a chap who is 64 and has applied for 15 years and has ran it once,
8 years ago, but he said that this year was his last chance as starting to feel his age plus losing hope in the ballot system and so on, needles to say he didn't get in!
I can not help but think that the process could be done more fairly by if you have ran one year then please don't apply the next or your computer will automatically remove them anyway.
There must be someway that you could do something like this?
I know there are charity places but not everyone wants the £1500-£3000 resting on their shoulders if they can't reach that target!
I hope to hear some good news of a change soon???
