{Chapter 13}
-Katie's POV
I must have fell asleep on the floor, because thats where i ended up waking up. I sat up and cracked my back, ahh so much better. I stood up and walked into the long hallway to make my way downstairs. I looked around seeing Vinny sitting at the table with his head in his hands. I started to walk up to him when i forgot about the little step that was there that lead into the kitchen, and fell flat on my face. Ouch. I must have yelped or i just smacked the floor really hard because Vinny raced over to me. "Oh well that hurt." i mumbled to myself. "Are you okay?" Vinny asked with the least bit of concern in his voice. I turned away, whatever. I sat at the table and took out my phone, 2 new messages, both from my best friend Hannah. I smiled, she always knew how to make my day wonderful. I opened and read the messages:
"Hey chicka, guess what?! your best friend is coming home today & i'll call you when i get home so we can party it up!"
"xoxo -Hannah"
I laughed, god i loved her. I looked at Vinny who eyes were beat red and there were bags underneith them. I walked up to him, "Vinny?" i asked lightly touching his shoulder. "What?" he snapped back. "Im just concerned.." I said backing away. "Im sorry. Im just really upset and your not helping.." he said walking out the door. He may have been my boyfriend like 5 minutes ago, but right now, he was just a complete ass. I couldn't wait for Hannah to get here.
-Vinny's POV
I was such a jerk towards Katie. She was just concerned, god im such a dooche.
I walked into ICON and saw Mikey sitting alone in the corner. Half of me wanted to go talk to him, but the other half was still upset with him for hurting me yesterday. I didnt feel like dancing today, i just wanted to make everything up to Katie. I felt so bad. I walked up to Geo, "Hey, i dont feel that GRAND today.." i said making myself look sick. He let me go, and i ran as fast as i could back home.
When i got home i looked everywhere for Katie. Her room, the kitchen, the living room, the garage, my room, everyone room. She was no where to be seen. Wait, i do remember her mentioning something about her best friend coming back in a couple of days, maybe it was today. I called Mikey, He answerd but didnt say anything. "Hey Mikey, i just wanted to let you know that im not that mad anymore and i want us to be best friends/bros again. & i wanted to know if you wanted to go on a hunt with me to go find Katie & her friend that may or may not be here." I said finally breathing. "Yeah sure, meet me half way?" He said. I laughed and agreed and walked out the door once again. Wait? Wasn't mikey at dance today? Ehh whatever. I walked to his street, more than half way but it will do. I called Katie, she finally answered. "Hey babe, where are you?" I asked hoping she wouldnt hang up on me still mad. "Im with my friend Hannah at the park." She said with a cold tone in her voice. "Okay, can me & mikey come to hang with you guys?" I asked. "Sure, i guess so." She replied. We hung up and me and Mikey started to walk to the park. We got there and we saw 2 beautiful girls on the swing set. One was my girlfriend, my beautiful, beautiful, girlfriend. I hope i didnt screw this up. & the other was her beautiful best friend. I looked over to see Mikey staring at Hannah like she was the last peice of cheesecake. Maybe he can finally stop trying to get my girl and like her. I sure hope so.
-Mikey's POV
I didnt know her name, I didnt know her age, I didnt know anything about this girl Katie was with. All i knew is that she's holy shit like dayumm beautiful. I just wanted the whole world to stop and it just be us two, but that obviously wasnt going to happen. I think she realized that i was staring at her because she suddenly blushed. God she was so cute. I saw them walking over to us, even her walk is amazing.
Stop it Mikey! This is what got you into trouble last time with Katie & Vinny. You fell to fast for someone you dont even know.
Knowing myself, i barely took the time to know anyone, but this girl, she's worth spending endless hours getting to know.
Kinda long, i like them better longer :)
& i know i said the name was Rachel in a previous chapter but i got asked to change it, so consider it changed.
