~ Love Will Be Iconic ~
{Chapter 17}
-Hannah's POV
I sat on the couch with Mikey and stared at the wall. Nothing was really said but i think it was better that way. Vinny went upstairs and didnt say a word. Mikey on the other hand wrapped his arms around me and i was mostly liking it, but my best friend was still not coming home. I smiled and pulled out my phone to call her, nothing but a couple rings and then her voicemail. Mikey grabbed my phone and threw it to the chair across the room. "If she needed you, she would call" he said looking into my eyes. Did he care at all? Half of me wanted to go out and look for her, unsafe, but the other half wanted to stay here with Mikey and have myself be safe in his arms. He was right, if she needed me, she would call. We ended up watching a marathon of Jersey Shore, when the boys came bursting into Vinny's house. I almost peed myself i was so scared, i jumped out of Mikey's arms and went onto the floor. The other boys, Madison, Nick, Thomas, Louis, & Jason, just stared at me and laughed. "Not funny.." I said with a frown on my face. "It was pretty funny" Thomas said. And with that, they headed upstairs to Vinny's room. Mikey giggled and helped me back up into his arms. We exchanged some smiles and fell back asleep.
-Katie's POV
I sat on the curb and just watched my old house when i saw a set of headlights pull into the driveway. I watched who got out, Brittany. She was surprisingly alone, i got up and stormed after her when i felt someone tug on my arm. "Do you think that's such a good idea?" Her kind voice rand in my ears. "Excuse me, but do i know you?" I said jerking my arm back. "You should, we went to school together for the past 13 years. We didnt really talk much, but i was there & i have been your neighbor for 13 years also." She said. I suddenly remembered her, she was the girl who was shy but not afraid to speak her mind. I think her name was Chelsey. "Chelsey is it?" I said. "Absolutely." She said with a smile on her face. A friendly and comforting smile. It's weird, she came to me when no one else would. My true friends, my boyfriend, or i sure hope so boyfriend. Thinking about what i have done today & what he has done, i didnt know what to call us anymore.
Chelsey & I talked for a decent amount of time before we decided to head back to Vinny's house. I wanted to go back to my house, but Vinny's is where i belonged right now. We walked in like we owned the place and saw Hannah and Mikey laying on the couch together, its like that was their bed, gross. I rolled my eyes and asked Chelsey if she wanted to spend the night, i figured i had the right to ask considering i basically lived here for now. She said yes and we headed upstairs. I turned the corner when i saw Vinny's lights on in his room and loud but soft whispers coming from multiple voices. I looked at Chelsey and we both snuck on our tip toes and opened the door to Vinny's room. They all looked at me and then Chelsey. I looked at Vinny who looked at the floor in shame. Chelsey looked at Madison who looked back at her with googly eyes. Great, another one falling for an ICONic Boy.
-Vinny's POV
I was so relieved to see Katie alright, but i didnt know how we were. I didnt know if the kiss with another girl hurt us, i didnt know if her pushing the girl hurt us, i didnt know if when i didnt go after her hurt us. There were a million questions, but only one answer. I needed to know if we were going to be still togehter. I decided to not talk to her tonight considering it was almost 2am. I looked at the girl beside her and then looked at who she was looking at, Madison. Ohhh great.
Im sooo sorry i havent written in a while, no internet, but now i got it back :)
kinda long, but i like it better long.
