PLENTY OF HISTORICAL PRECEDENT FOR THE CONCERN
Michele Hickford, the editor-in-chief of Allen West's website, discussed the timing of the Obama administration's order to ban some military-grade equipment from local law enforcement agencies in the context of the Jade Helm 15 exercise, as a plan to "disarm" the police and implement a "Federalization" of the police.

Because the police are automatically on the FEMA Red List. especially elected law enforcement like sheriffs and constables and their deputies.
Rumor has it that various agencies are being promises money and good jobs in this new federalized police force if they will aid DHS/DOJ in various scenarios and exercises being presented to the public as real events and covered by dishonest MSM as if they were real events.
This is reminiscent of the local cops who cooperated with the Nazis but when the Gestapo federalized German cops, they called their good friends and close collaborators in-- one at a time and dispatched them with a bullet in the head. others were sent to camps.
Or the meeting they called in Czechoslovakia where everyone was invited to bring their firearms and help thej Nazis keep order and when they showed, their firearms were taken, they were locked in a building which was then set on fire. Anyone who managed to get out was shot.
The former Austrian cop my grandfather invited for Erev Shabbat dinner had been invited to such meeting but since he had not been a collaborator, he guessed he was on the 'kill list" so he made his way to France and from there to New Orleans where he worked as a janitor and as a night watchman.
Things like this make an impression on a kid.
