More Campus Lunacy You Haven't Heard About in the Drive-By Media

RUSH: Some other Census numbers, just to put something in perspective because we're gonna be very soon getting into the college campus news today, specifically Mizzou. As of the 2014 census, the black population in the state of Missouri is 11.8%. As of 2014, Census figures from the University of Missouri website, the black population on campus is 7%. A total of 2,553 students, which is 7% of the student body at Mizzou. The number of historically black colleges in America is 109. So that's roughly two black colleges per state. In North Carolina there are 11, and total 109 historically all-black colleges.

My point is here that we're being told that we're evil, mean-spirited, racist. We're being held hostage by a minority, folks. And I don't mean just... I'm talking about a numerical minority. A numerical minority. And it's true everywhere. A numerical minority of the gay population. The numerical minority of the transgender population. The numerical minority of far left-wing women, for example. We're dealing with tiny numbers here.

If you go to the University of Missouri, you have 30,000 students at Mizzou who are not rioting, who are not striking. Many of whom are embarrassed and wish all this would go away. 30,000 students at Mizzou who are not demanding anything, not screaming, not striking, not whining, not complaining, not acting like spoiled children. We've got blackmail going on on this campus as a result of the blackmail that happened in Ferguson and in Baltimore. Nobody stands up to it. Just like the Republican Party doesn't stand up to the blackmail they face each and every day.

Here's a story from Campus Reform: "Jesse Morrell, a Christian open-air preacher, was allegedly punched in the face by anti-racism activists at the University of Missouri on Thursday. KCOU 8 ... first tweeted a picture Thursday afternoon that showed Morell with a bloody lip, and the caption: 'Preacher Jesse Morrell tells me someone punched him while he was preaching at Speakers Circle.' ... 'And because I said Michael Brown died for disrespecting the police, I got popped in the mouth a few times and other students kinda pulled this guy away,' Morrell is heard saying.

"Morrell, who described his attacker as a black man with dreadlocks, went on to say that the man kept trying to attack him, and threw 'a few more punches that he missed.' Periscope," the app. There isn't any news video of the actual punching, but the Periscope app makes anybody a photojournalist. You got the app? (interruption) You do? You have the Periscope app? (interruption) Way to go, Snerdley! You're hip. (interruption) You got the Periscope app? The Periscope app turns anybody into a photojournalist.

You can start shooting photojournalism wherever you are and transmit to the network of people using the app all over the place world, all over the place country. It makes you a newsman, a videographer, if you will. The Drive-Bys don't like this app. They hate this app. Periscope is a... I think it's part of Twitter, if I not be mistaken out there. I think it's a Twitter app. Twitter bought Periscope. There's a competing app that does same thing. They have some minor differences in 'em.

Anyway, "Periscope user Jeff Rakestraw uploaded a video that reportedly shows the scene after Morrell was punched. The video shows a chaotic scene with Morrell speaking his message into a megaphone on one side and a group that one Missouri student called 'African American Communists from New York' with megaphones of their own, shouting about 'violence and rapes against black and brown people.'" The point is this guy stood up, a preacher, and said "Michael Brown died for disrespecting the police," and they started beating him up.
