My ISP is throttling me and it is possibly owned by ISIS. They used to be CLEAR--- one of the best of the best 4G ISPs ever! When I called customer service to find out why they were off the air, they had apparently not paid the bill to THEIR ISP. I am so OUTTA there.
There was shouting and "Alluakbar" going on in the background.
