Russell and Smith Ford sucks

Never EVER take your vehicle to @RussellSmthFord!!!
A month and a half ago I took my @ford Explorer in for a transmission issue. After 3 weeks, and dealing with a very unhelpful, rude, and arrogant service member (and no help from the service manager), I FINALLY got my car back. Meanwhile, they would not pay for, or provide me a rental car (For THREE weeks!). Now, a month later, my car starts making weird noises. I take it in for diagnostics, and find out that Russell and Smith didn't fully secure the sub-frame to the vehicle after they fixed my transmission. So not only was it EXTREMELY UNSAFE for me to drive, but now I am out the money for the rental car, diagnostics fee, and the service fee to get the sub-frame properly attached. This all could have been avoided by Russell and Smith. I repeat, NEVER EVER go to Russel and Smith Ford. #russellandsmithford #ford #fordsucks #imwarningyou
