New Ebola vaccine is a "100 percent success"
Canadian scientists have produced a new "Ebola" vaccine they are saying is a "100 percent success". My question is this: How do you determine the success rate without intentionally infecting people, which you can bet they did not do. Here is reality:
If a new vaccine is a "100 percent success" nowadays, it means THESE THINGS:
1. The intelligence of the recipient was dropped exactly as planned on a consistent basis, without causing too much damage, just enough to make the recipient too stupid to think outside the box. Recipient can still perform previous job, but won't be contributing a whole lot of new ideas.
2. The mood of the recipient is sufficiently flattened, to make them more willing to work as a slave and never have the guts to question authority.
It does not do anything for Ebola at all, regardless of what they say, BET ON IT.
