Nice, France: Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel was shot and killed by police after driving a delivery truck through a crowd, killing more than 80 people who were celebrating Bastille Day. He was well-known to French police as a criminal from Tunisia who previously had used weapons in violent attacks.
