Ok so I've decided that I wanted to make a fan video for Justin's birthday. I think this birthday is really important. Of course his 16th and 18th were important, but this is going to be the last year of him being a teenager so I want to make it special.

I already know many other beliebers are also making birthday videos, and that's fine. If you want to help, you can send in a picture of a sign saying 'happy birthday' along with a message or a video saying 'happy birthday' or something like "happy 16th" jokingly or "19th" you can say something like "I love you" anything really.

Deadline for all photos and videos is February 26. I think it's enough time to make and send in videos and pictures. Also, you can add your twitter name to your picture or video, just know, if you don't add it, it will not be there. Hope to get as many pictures as possible.
