Okay so I feel like I have to rant about something and 140 characters is not enough so I'm using this Jumbo Tweet thing for the first time...I hope it works!
As we all know from Nick's last tweet, he's performing a set tonight at Live At The Vineyard and originally it was supposed to be a Jonas Brothers set but it's not anymore. I'm sorry to burst your bubble but the Jonas Brothers are no longer a band and I personally don't expect to see all three of them on a stage together for at least another two years or so, if at all. Yes, the fact that tonight's set was supposed to be a Jonas Brothers one and it's not is sad and very upsetting for Jonas fans but the fact of the matter is that Nick has taken it upon his shoulders to carry on playing music for his fans. He could've cancelled the set tonight all together but he didn't and it's going to be so bittersweet to see him all alone on that stage tonight (unless he decides to have Joe up there with him or something) but we have to face reality. Nick's going to be going solo tonight and that's all there is to it, whether we like it or not. As a Jonas fan myself, I understand how hard it's going to be to watch any videos of Nick's set that are posted tonight but a part of me is so happy and proud of him for continuing his life and career. He's doing what he loves to do and he's obviously happier being a solo artist so I'd love it if those who are hating on him could stop. We should be cheering him on, not tearing him down. All I'm asking for is to give him some support because God knows he needs it right now!
Moral of the story: be nice to Nick and don't let your bitterness over the fact that the Jonas Brothers aren't performing together tonight like they should've been overshadow your rationality and what's right which is being there for Nick.
