Paul Ryan Fumigates Boehner’s Office

RUSH: Paul Ryan says he needs an ozone machine to get the cigarette smoke odor out of the Speaker's office. Boehner smoked cigarettes. Ryan has also ruled out quick immigration reform. Says he doesn't think that they can trust the president on this. We trust him on the budget, though? Why not?
