Pennsylvania: Donald Trump gave a fiery speech condemning globalization. He promised to withdraw the US from the Trans-Pacific Partnership treaty and to either renegotiate the NAFTA treaty or withdraw from it. He condemned China for its money-manipulation practices and the World Trade Organization for its subsidy practices. He swore to invoke tariffs against China if it does not terminate illegal trade activities, including the theft of American trade secrets.
