@QFcustomercare 2nd time (this time on @jetstarairways leg) in 12 months have lost my baggage but this time it's my elbow crutches I need for my spinal injury. Informed "Satina" at HBA who told me to WALK to other side of airport to check with oversized luggage and left before offering me the wheelchair at their desk. I still have not been compensated for 5 days of lost luggage LAST October. Insured for this trip as a result of being once bitten but now have to somehow purchase new elbow crutches upfront and get reimbursed. #neverflyingwithyouagain
