RUSH: And there's updates on what happened in Houston yesterday with the grand jury and this whole Planned Parenthood thing and how that happened and what it all means. And I kept the story yesterday about New York City is going to allow public urination so that poor people and minorities who are doing it already can continue to do it and not be charged with any criminal activity and therefore not be stigmatized. They don't have anywhere else to go urinate because they're poor. You won't believe this, but it's true.
