Where's the security and the Accountibility??

@RailMinIndia @EasternRailway @drmsdah This is to notify about theft that took place today in NDLS Duronto express (12259) early morning (4 am) on outer area of Mughalsarai, victim my Mother (PNR: coach B8, seat 7). There was no GRP present and no responsibility was taken up TTE (M.K Bhowmik) and the manager (S.N Ghosh). They withheld the FIR form when asked. A similar theft case happened with another person on coach S1 and no action was taken. Please inquire about the case and take action before someone else becomes a victim. A complain was logged on the train. SN # 580622.
