Reaction have begun to trail the statement credited to the Obio/Akpor chapter chairman of the Grassroots Democratic Initiative Collins Ordu that the Chikordi Dike led caretaker committee has no right to allocate stalls at the newly built Obio/Akpor Ultramodern market.

Collins Onunwor is quoted as saying the Chikordi Dike led caretaker committee is trying to cause problem by setting a committee to allocate stalls at the new Obio/Akpor ultramodern market built by the suspended Timothy Nsirim led executive.

However a body the Mgbe-Dulam Concerned Group said the Grassroots Democratic Initiatives is the one allegedly trying to create chaos by warning the Chikordi Dike led government not to allocate the market stalls.

The chairman of Mgbe-Dalam Concerned Group of Ogbogoro, Victor Nene said the Chikordi Dike led caretaker committee has the right to handle any affair concerning the people of Obio/Akpor as the legal authority in place.

The chairman of Mgbe-Dalam Concerned Group of Ogbogoro also said there’s no truth in allegations by Collins Ordu that the chief of staff Government house Tony Okocha is working towards acquiring a hundred million naira bank loan for Obio/Akpor council.
