Technically, an artificial heart could keep a brain going on meth long after it should have died. Hillary is more drugged up than any rock star in history, BET ON IT and she is not dead only because she keeps consistently getting "the good stuff". Artificial heart? Probably not, but I'd go for no heart at all and no soul with that gal. All she has do do is flap like a puppet and that will be good enough, she does not need a brain for her assignment.
